Terms of service

Assembly Help LLC - Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and Assembly Help, LLC ("Assembly Help," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website and technology platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Platform Description

Assembly Help provides a platform where customers ("Customers") seeking assistance with product assembly, installation, delivery, or related services can be matched with independent service providers ("Service Providers"). Together, Customers and Service Providers are "Users."

Assembly Help matches Users based on factors such as proven skill sets, location, requested service, platform availability, and user preferences. Matches may be modified or canceled to optimize service delivery. Each completed service constitutes a separate agreement between the Customer and Service Provider.

Third-Party Applications

The Platform may incorporate third-party applications or services, each governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. By using the Platform, you agree to also comply with those third-party terms.

User Eligibility

Modifications to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement or linked policies at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Material changes may require your explicit acceptance.
